Credential guide

Free GCP completion, with a record others can verify.

What is free, what you have to finish, what a reviewer sees on your public record, and what the optional printable PDF adds.

Example MyTrial Academy certificate presentation

Record identity

MTA-TR-YYYYMM-XXXXXX

Every completion gets a unique record number and a public verification URL. A reviewer can use either one.

What free includes

One record, two presentations

Your online record is what a reviewer verifies. The PDF is a printable version of that record, not a second credential, and you never need it to be verified.

Learning access
The GCP track is free to enroll in.
Completion work
The required courses and their quizzes and exams are part of the track.
Public record
Your online completion record and its public verification URL come with completion. You never need to buy the PDF to be verified.
Printable PDF
Optional and sold separately. Its QR code opens the same public verification record.

How it works

How your record is issued

Your record is issued when the learning and graded work are done. Buying the PDF plays no part in it.

  1. 01

    Finish the required courses

Every course marked required in the track has to be complete, from an active enrollment.

  2. 02

    Pass the quizzes and exams

The lesson quizzes, module quizzes, course exams, and any required challenge are checked from your learning record. At least one graded assessment has to be passed.

  3. 03

    Get your record

When the required courses and their quizzes and exams are done, we issue your Good Clinical Practice record with its MTA-TR number and a public verification page.

What a reviewer sees

What a reviewer can check

The public record shows a reviewer the record itself. Whether it meets the reviewer's own policy is their call.

Three ways in

  1. 01

    Open the shared verification URL

The URL opens the public record directly.

  2. 02

    Enter the MTA-TR record number

The lookup form takes the full record number and finds the matching record.

  3. 03

Scan the QR code on the optional PDF

The PDF's QR code opens the same public verification URL. The free online record does not need a PDF or a QR code.

Limits of acceptance

Verification is evidence, not universal approval.

A valid public record confirms what you completed and its current status. The employer, sponsor, site, study, or other responsible reviewer still decides whether it meets their requirements.

MyTrial Academy's GCP training is TransCelerate-recognized. Whether to accept a training program is each sponsor's or employer's own decision, and every credential carries a public verification record they can check in seconds.

Questions

Before you share the record

The free online record and the optional printable PDF are different things. Acceptance stays with the responsible reviewer.

What is free in the GCP completion path?
Enrollment in the GCP track, the required learning and graded work, and your public online completion record are all free. You never need to buy the printable PDF to get or share your verification URL.
What must I complete before a record is issued?
An active enrollment, every required course, and the graded work attached to the track: the relevant quizzes, the course exams, and any required challenge, with at least one graded assessment passed.
How does a reviewer verify the completion record?
Share your public verification URL or your full MTA-TR record number. A reviewer opens the URL, or enters the number on the verification page, and sees the holder name, learning track, completion date, record number, current status, and transcript.
What credential ID format does the GCP track use?
MTA-TR-YYYYMM-XXXXXX: the issue month, then a unique six-character code. The verification lookup takes the full number.
Does the free online record have a QR code?
The free online record is shared by URL or record number and needs no QR code. The QR code is on the optional printable PDF, sold separately, and it opens the same public verification URL.
Will every employer or sponsor accept the record?
A valid record confirms what you completed and its status. MyTrial Academy's GCP training is TransCelerate-recognized. Whether to accept a training program is each sponsor's or employer's own decision, and every credential carries a public verification record they can check in seconds.
How long is the GCP completion record valid?
There is no universal validity period for every GCP credential or reviewer. Use the issue date, the expiration or valid-through date, and the status on your record, then confirm what the employer, sponsor, site, study, or other reviewer relying on it currently requires.
Can I share the record on a CV or professional profile?
Yes. Share the public verification URL and list your MTA-TR record number so a reviewer can open the record. The optional printable PDF is another presentation of the same verified completion.
