Auto-renewal + cancel anytime

Paid plans renew automatically at the listed price each billing period (monthly for site tiers, annually for sponsor tiers). Cancel anytime in Manage billing → Customer Portal; cancellations stop future renewals and your subscription stays active through the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Site monthly plans: prorated refund for unused days if cancelled within 7 days of first charge. Sponsor annual plans: 30-day money-back guarantee from first charge; afterward, contracts are non-refundable but cancellable for the next term. Custom Enterprise contracts: per signed master services agreement.

Sales tax + VAT

Stripe Tax calculates US sales tax + EU VAT at checkout based on your billing address. Prices shown exclude tax; total at checkout includes any applicable tax. Tax IDs (VAT, EIN) can be added in Customer Portal.

Payment processing + security

Payments processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). MyTrial does not store card numbers. Patients never see a checkout flow — patient tier is free forever.

Participants receive the investigational treatment plus routine care, on a schedule defined by the protocol.
