Screening queues that fill themselves.
Matched patients arrive with structured Health Passports and plain-language criteria mapping — so your coordinators spend their time screening, not chasing.
Screening queue
One queue for every matched patient
When a patient applies through MyTrial, your coordinators see them in a single screening queue: the trial they matched to, the criteria mapping that explains why, and the structured Health Passport they chose to share. Decisions — advance, schedule, decline — happen in the queue, and every action lands in an audit-ready trail.
The AI does the paperwork: criteria translated against what the patient shared, unknowns flagged as unknowns rather than guessed. Your team makes the calls — the queue never decides for you.

Have a patient in mind? Refer them in.
Clinicians and coordinators can refer a patient into MyTrial matching. The patient stays in control — they consent first, share what they choose, and see the same plain-language criteria you do. We match them against recruiting studies and route them to screening with the study team.
Referral is consent-first by design: nothing is shared until the patient says so, and only the study team can confirm eligibility after screening.
