The Academy team plan

GCP for every seat. One record for the whole team.

Good Clinical Practice

The complete ICH E6(R3) curriculum, required exams, and Academy certificate for every funded seat.

One training ledger

Assignments, due dates, and completion evidence stay together; the Master Audit Binder is built from them.

Room to grow

Role tracks for individual members are planned as the catalog grows. We will announce availability and pricing separately.

The training workspace

Know where every learner stands.

See what is current, what is due, and the evidence behind every completion, without turning the training record into another spreadsheet.

Illustrative future-state product concept with fictional organization and member data. Role-track assignments shown here are planned; the Academy workspace is designed to keep assignments, progress, and evidence together while organization membership and billing remain in MyTrial Console.

How Teams works

A clear path from invitation to evidence.

Establish the roster

Create the organization, set the funded capacity, and invite the people whose training you oversee.

Membership is free. Each person you assign training takes one seat.

Assign the training

Place GCP across the team, set due dates, and keep each learner’s requirement visible in one workspace.

Role tracks for individual members are planned for a later release.

Keep the evidence ready

Follow progress, resolve gaps, and build the Master Audit Binder from the records behind each completed credential.

The learner keeps the certificate; the organization keeps its assigned-training record.

Credential and organization record

A record you can defend.

The learner keeps a portable, publicly verifiable certificate. The organization keeps the evidence for training it assigned.

What teams ask before they begin.

Clear answers about seats, GCP, certificates, advanced learning, and the organization record.

What is included for each team member?
Each funded seat includes MyTrial Academy's complete ICH E6(R3) Good Clinical Practice curriculum, required exams, and official printable PDF certificate after a qualifying completion, plus the shared workspace, the requirements matrix, and the Master Audit Binder.
How does billing work?
Academy Teams is a per-seat subscription billed to the organization on one invoice. The published per-seat rate and seat range appear here as soon as enrollment opens, and the exact total is always shown before purchase.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is funded capacity you give to one person when you assign them training. Membership and invitations are free. Learners use personal Academy accounts, and admins oversee only organization-assigned training.
Can we add role tracks for individual members?
Role-track add-ons are planned; availability and pricing will be announced separately. Today's Teams offer covers the GCP foundation, required exams, the certificate, the shared workspace, and the Master Audit Binder.
Who keeps the certificate and training record?
The learner keeps the certificate and personal completion record. The organization keeps purpose-limited evidence of training it assigned for authorized oversight and export under the disclosed retention policy.
Will sponsors and auditors accept the training?
The curriculum follows ICH E6(R3). MyTrial Academy's GCP training is TransCelerate-recognized. Whether to accept a training program is each sponsor's or employer's own decision, and every credential carries a public verification record they can check in seconds. Every issued Academy credential has a public verification URL at mytrial.com/verify.
What if our organization needs more seats or tailored terms?
The public offer covers a published seat range. Beyond it, MyTrial Enterprise is the path for a larger deployment, identity integration, purchase-order terms, vendor documentation, or a tailored support model.
